Service Description

Denise works with all levels and ages including those with past injuries and health conditions. She modifies and changes up each workout to meet the specific goals and needs of her clients. She works with people that have knee replacements, shoulder, back, and foot injuries. Exercise is proven to help mobility, blood flow, and has helped her clients with chronic conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hashimoto's disease, hormone disfunction, and balance issues.
